TESTING PROCESS
If you have known COVID exposure or have tested positive with at-home testing, please wear a mask into our facility.
We are disinfecting our room and examination tools between each patient. Be assured we are taking all of the necessary steps to avoid contamination.
Please have your insurance card and ID ready for our staff to copy for your medical record.
We will provide you with a past medical history form and a personal information form to fill out at your first visit. This will ensure we have the necessary information needed to appropriately treat your condition.
PCR SEND OFF TESTING
We offer PCR testing for COVID-19. It will take 1-2 days to receive results. This is the testing most airlines and states are requiring for travel. Our staff will reach out to you as soon as your results become available. A copy of your result can be forwarded to you at your request.
RAPID ANTIGEN TESTING
We have on-site rapid antigen testing that results in 15 minutes. We do recommend following-up any rapid swab with confirmation PCR testing. It is best to wait at least 5 days after exposure before receiving a rapid test for the most accurate results.
COVID ANTIBODIES
Our lab can draw blood to determine if you have COVID antibodies. These results take 3-5 business days, and we will notify you once they become available.

NEED A COPY OF YOUR RESULT?
We can provide an email, fax, or hard copy of your result. You can call or visit us in person to provide the information needed to forward your results.
